Requirements to Comply With on Construction Sites

The law requires all construction sites to provide sanitation facilities. The type of equipment required varies depending on the duration of the site.

1. For sites lasting less than 4 months: To ensure workers’ well-being, the site must be equipped with mobile site facilities and/or wheeled units and self-contained toilets.
2. For sites lasting more than 4 months: When the nature of the site does not allow for the use and installation of modular constructions, mobile installations are a suitable alternative.
