Each week, thanks to our sanitary service drivers, your cabin is emptied and cleaned both inside and outside. All inert contact surfaces are disinfected and your toilets are restocked with consumables (stabilized clean water, soap, toilet paper, etc.). WC Loc is an approved waste-emptying provider and guarantees the traceability of emptied waste. We can increase the frequency of our teams’ visits upon request.

This complete maintenance service is also offered for events through our intermediate emptying services.

WC Loc guarantees weekly maintenance of your handwashing stations in compliance with the EN NF 16194 standard, ensuring enhanced safety and hygiene on your construction sites. Our sanitary service drivers carry out complete cleaning and disinfection of all contact points, helping to limit the spread of viruses and bacteria. We also ensure that each handwashing station is restocked with stabilized clean water and soap, guaranteeing continuous access to handwashing solutions close to work areas and toilets.

WC Loc offers a range of dry toilets designed to meet the needs of events, as well as construction sites, agriculture and local authorities.

On construction sites and in agriculture, these cabins benefit from weekly maintenance carried out by a sanitary service driver. Our teams collect your dry waste and then clean your cabin both inside and outside. All inert contact surfaces are disinfected and your toilets are restocked with consumables (wood chips, biodegradable toilet paper, hand sanitizer). The collected waste can be recovered and reused as compost or energy.

We can increase the frequency of our teams’ visits upon request.

Human Urine Collection and Valorization Service

Toopi Organics and WC Loc collaborate for resilient and circular agriculture.

These two French companies combine their expertise to enable the collection and valorization of human urine into agricultural biostimulants. This partnership addresses two major challenges: reducing the import and use of mineral fertilizers by 50%, and supporting our clients in their environmental commitments.

WC Loc installs toilets and urinals designed to collect urine. Using a specialized vacuum truck or connected storage tanks, the company collects this stabilized pure urine.

Toopi Organics then processes the collected urine through filtration and fermentation, which sanitizes it and allows it to be used as a growth medium for bacteria with agronomic benefits. Their product, Lactopi Start, has been approved for use in organic farming since 2023.

Our Bases Clean service meets this need by cleaning bungalows, trailers and site units.

This service is available for equipment rented from WC Loc as well as for our clients’ own equipment.

We have developed a specific service that takes into account the requirements of the construction sector to ensure the cleanliness and disinfection of sanitary facilities, showers, dining areas, changing rooms and offices. According to your requirements, and to guarantee impeccable installations, we clean your mobile welfare units and construction trailers weekly or daily, in compliance with labour regulations.

Management of clean water and wastewater

Do you need an expert solution to ensure responsible water management on your temporary sites? With our WATERLAB service, we provide expert solutions for clean water distribution, maintaining water potability, and supplying drinking fountains. We also specialize in the installation of systems for lifting, storing and evacuating wastewater. In addition, we provide DECI water storage tanks.

Our in-house engineering office allows us to design the optimal solution for your project while ensuring responsible water consumption. We operate on temporary sites, both on construction projects and at events.

This service is currently undergoing MASE and ISO 20121 certification.
