Requirements to Comply With on Construction Sites<\/span><\/h2>\n

The law requires all construction sites to provide sanitation facilities. The type of equipment required varies depending on the duration of the site.<\/p>\n

  1. For sites lasting less than 4 months:<\/strong> To ensure workers’ well-being, the site must be equipped with mobile site facilities and\/or wheeled units and self-contained toilets.<\/li>\n
  2. For sites lasting more than 4 months:<\/strong> When the nature of the site does not allow for the use and installation of modular constructions, mobile installations are a suitable alternative.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
